Room interior was in better shape than the outside. Room was recently remodeled, but the bathroom had mold in the shower. We only stayed one night, got in late and left early. The beds were clean and comfortable, room was a nice size. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues with noise even though it’s right off a busy street.

The lady couldn’t find my second room under my reservation, so as very rude about it. Then we get to the rooms and they were dirty and the showers were dirty and cracked. I have pictures. This was the worst experience, I had to book another room somewhere else for me and my daughter.

Worst hotel ever
Worst stay I’ve ever had in Orlando hands down. Bad customer service,no hot water in room and no AC and fridge was broken,not to mention being kept up at all times of night by other patrons and woken up early in the morning by garbage trucks. Do yourself a favor if you’re reading this. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! You’ve been warned
