For a Wyndham property this was definitely not what I expected. It looked like they went to a thrift shop and bought random furnishings. No carpet and the floor tile was just laid anyway. The bathroom shower floor appeared to be painted with white paint and chipped and was flush to the bathroom floor. The towels didn’t even match and again were just random. They left soap and shampoo that were big enough for a child. One hand wash you wouldn’t have enough soap to wash your body. The beds and pillows were subpar. Definitely more thrift shop purchases. I know it was only a place to sleep but for the $80 and $100 deposit they take from you which I’m not sure was for since there were no amenities to speak of, definitely not worth it.

These rooms are very dirty and poorly kept. The first room we were given had stained sheets and a clogged toilet. The second room did not have working Air conditioning. The third room they gave us still had leftover food in the cabinet. Very frustrating experience.

Horrible! I will never stay there again, and I will warn others against this propery. Unsafe area. Noise all night long. People out on stairs and walkways talking and arguing at all hours. Loud trucks at 3:00 am.

Whilst the bed linen was clean, all the fabric and furniture had to be cleaned by myself before= use, the floor I washed daily in an effort to keep my indoor shoes clean. The photographs you display are nothing like the reality and one of your staff should visit this place so your description can be accurate and up to date. During the hours darkness all the floors are frequently visited by professional (?) of both genders and my door was knocked on several occasions to see if my room was empty. I paid for my room in advance and period of time before I flew I had a message to say I had to pay $100 as a deposit on the condition of the room, there was also local taxes to be paid on a daily basis, this took the cost of my stay to that of a 3 star hotel some 400 metres away that included taxes with the benefit of hind sight I should have gone mlmmmlm6there. I believe you are in breach of the “the Trade Description Act” and it is my intention to report your company to the Ombudsman ~ your Louis Henry

This property had dead bugs with dust on them in the room. The floor was sticky and the room had an unpleasant smell. The toilet had a pee stain on it. There was garbage on the floor. The paint was peeling off the walls. The pictures used to advertise did not meet the room that was presented. We ended up booking another hotel next door that was actually clean and not rundown. Paying for a complete separate booking at a different hotel as this was not refunded was well worth the price to not sleep in a filthy hotel. With the low quality of this travel lodge I am really disappointed that Expedia would let them list the property.

Water leaks in ceiling and non-working phone
Phone in room was not working, so had to go to front desk for issues and items needed such as towel, etc. Asked to get it fixed but was never fixed during our stay. Had water dripping from ceiling in bathroom and outside sink. Asked the front desk to fix it. after several hours they offered another room which we did not like. They finally had someone come and wiped the ceilings. That seems to temporarily fix it.
