Conveniently located for FCC National Cheer Competition:)
This property was an awesome place to stay!! We came for my daughter’s National Cheer Competition which took place at Rosen Shingle Creek across the street from Vista Cay. In addition to us quickly driving, we were also able to walk back and forth to Rosen Shingle with ease. (13-15 minute walk) We were also perfectly located right near a shopping center which had Publix and several dine in and carry out places to eat which were delicious! The communication with the Owner/Manager was swift and they were very pleasant and made sure all of our needs were met! We will definitely be staying here again!!

It was a beautiful place to stay. I wish it would have been a little cleaner, a lot of hair on the floors. Could have used some more towels and washcloths, also. But for the most it was very nice and was comfortable. Hopefully we'll be able to revisit it when we have more time. We made a quick trip from Ohio for a loved one's funeral.

Great condo close to convention center
We chose this condo due to its close location to the convention center. Very nice area with a Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Loved the pool, hot tub, and splash pad. We will definitely be back!

The bedrooms were perfect for our stay. Good location. I will say just no silverware anywhere. We had a hard time finding utensils in the house. Otherwise great access and nice area for adventuring! Also just some wifi issues.

Great location, good value for price
Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus.

Great Location but a little lacking
Reviews are tough for me and I'm not one of those nit-picky people, we are fair and give everyone credit when due. I'm writing to maybe be helpful to others. Regardless, I do appreciate this rental, thank you for allowing our visit. Take care! Lots of pros: The communication with the owner was good and timely, he was very nice, smooth/simple check-in process, easy-peasy check-out, location of condo was convenient, as well as actual unit from parking, which was also extremely easy and ample. A few cons: My overall impression is that, this rental lacking a little and slightly neglected. To save some money from the parks and eat healthier, I cooked spaghetti dinner for my family of four and it was nearly impossible with the mini pot that was available. I had to use two just for the boiling of noodles. I know it's FL, but there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counters and some on floors, right away, so it wasn't from any of our food (and nothing was opened or sweet). I had to rid of them constantly. Splashes of something was on a few cabinets. There was no dishwasher detergent, or hand soaps, (when I asked for them, they were dropped off though.) There weren't any dishtowels in the kitchen to dry your hands, or dish rag to wipe off counters. No salt, pepper, first aid, or any other basic needs that I typically find in rentals. The master bed was awful sadly, the bed frame sounded like it'd fall apart any minute. Most of the support legs were broken or fell off underneath the bed when I checked under there. :( Again, the location, communication and ease of this rental was wonderful, and still outweigh some of these minute cons, but we appreciate the stay, thank you!

Nice Location
My family took a long weekend and stayed in Orlando for some family fun at the parks. This location was close to Universal and had nice restaurants close by too. The pool on the property was nice and my children had fun.
