Newly remodeled private pool 4/2 canal waterfront home with relaxing dock, private, single family house located in East Orlando, Florida close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Rollins College, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle, major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and world famous beaches. Gorgeous updated kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Master suite has a door to the pool deck and an outdoor shower. Huge walk in shower and closet.
The family room area comes with a 65" Flat Panel TV, and a 42" flat panel TV is in the living room. The Master has a 32" flat panel TV.

This single story ranch house located in East Orlando is very close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, Valencia Community College, Winter Park, and all the major attractions, highways and beaches.
New floors throughout the house and bathrooms.
Located on a canal off a 150 acre ski lake offer you gorgeous sunrises to wake up to. Relax while you watch the ducks and otters swimming down the canal. Vacances juste parfaite
La maison de John est parfaite pour des vacances sans soucis. Accueil très courtois et la rencontre avec John pendant notre séjour est sympathique. Nous cherchions un logement à côtés de l'université UCF. La maison était top pour cela.Le quartier est tranquille, et les voisins très gentils. Les tortues aquatiques et poissons dans la rivière sont une agréable compagnie. En somme rien à dire, si ce n'est notre regret d'être parti. Je recommande ce logement

We had an amazing stay at this rental! Our group of 8 friends came to the area for Daytona Bike Week, and this home made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind together after long days out, and also a great space to gather in the mornings before heading out. The house was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone — both indoors and outdoors. The dining room table fit all 8 of us for meals, and we loved spending time on the beautiful patio and pool area, which also had a table large enough for our whole group. The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

John is a great host and his home met all of our expectations. He is quick to answer any questions and is very responsive to addressing any issues. Close to great golf and many other things. Don't miss the Morse museum in Winter Park if you like Tiffany art pieces. It's free admission on Fridays Nov through April. House was clean and just what we needed. Fully stocked and then some. Won't hesitate to book again when in the area.

Wonderful!
Stayed here for the day prior to and following my best friends wedding! It was the perfect place to relax and have a sweet sleepover with my closest pals. Check in and check out was a breeze and they left a few snacks for us which was so kind. I highly recommend :)side note and unrelated to the host, the neighbor was very friendly but a little too curious about what us girls were doing. he was walking around in his underwear outside in broad daylight. a few girls were a little uncomfortable with the interaction but nothing happened after the one occurrence.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood
We had a really pleasant stay over Christmas week. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood that’s very convenient to major arteries. The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, barware, nice pots and pans, as well as some spices and kitchen pantry staples. We appreciated the welcome basket with snacks! Since it was winter we did not use the pool. There was also a nice gas grill. The beds were all comfortable, the Internet was good, there were several tvs, and the information guide on the place was well written and told us all we needed to know. We appreciated the little details like having plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and access to the washer and dryer, which can be lacking at other vacation rentals in our experience. The check-in and checkout processes were easy. John was a great host and communicator and really went above and beyond by mailing a forgotten backpack and laptop to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Stay in Orlando
This property was such an amazing find! We were in Orlando for the Arizona vs UCF game and loved how close the house was to campus. We had great communication with the host, John, leading up to and during our stay. Easy instructions, check-in and checkout, and the house was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults and one child under 10. Will definitely stay here again!

Reserved this property for my family and i to tour UCF with my senior daughter. Property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome and the layout of the house with the rooms and family room was very spacious. Each daughter had their own room and my wife and i had a room that was just far enough away. John was excellent to deal with and always available. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Overall, our experience with the house was very nice. The pool is great and the location of the house is convenient to major Orlando highways and the airport. John is absolutely professional and provides excellent communication. Our family had a a really nice time floating in the pool, hanging out in the kitchen and dining room, and relaxing on the very large and comfy couches. The kitchen was well stocked. It was also great to have such a large wash area! Thank you!

Great move in weekend!
We were in town to move my little brother into his dorm at UCF. The house was clean, large and close to campus as well as Disney Springs and that area. This house had a lot of special touches that made it feel like a vacation! Starting with the welcome sign, snack basket, toiletries and more. The property manager was extremely helpful during booking and throughout our stay. We caught a small bass from the dock and had a blast in the pool! It was fun and we really had a great stay! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located near shopping, grocery, drug stores etc... Very safe community. Best host ever. Great communication before and during our visit. We enjoyed the nice "goodie basket" of snacks on arrival. John even offered an early check in that was helpful since our flight arrived very early in the morning. The home is FULLY equipped with lots of unexpected items such as extra ice, condiments, spices, bathroom supplies and more. Kitchen has all the needed cooking/baking essentials. Our family enjoyed the pool and even witnessed a Space X launch in the evening sky. Would definitely recommend this home and we will be coming back in 2025! Thanks for making our time in Orlando so much fun!

House is nice, spacious, and has good amenities. Really nice personalized welcome with snacks! Proximity to Orlando area attractions and things to do is great, neighborhood is a little dated and could use some cleaning up, but this house is tidy and has plenty of necessities and the finishes and furniture are comfortable and accommodating. The owner is extremely nice and communicative, would definitely recommend a stay here. If you have a larger group like we did, the dining and living room areas were big enough to enjoy eating and playing games together. The one drawback was the motion-activated camera situated on top of the refrigerator, that didn’t sit well with us (I turned it to face the cabinets), as it was facing the kitchen and into common area and toward the hallway where the bedrooms were located. Otherwise, great little spot to stay.

This property was perfect for our party of 8. Plenty of open space to congregate and make family memories. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The canal was a nice opportunity for the fisherman in the family to spend some of our down time from the parks. We will be back!
