I was disappointed that when I made a reservation online, no where on the website states that the water park they advertise on here is not included with the reservation. The water park is only free if you are a timeshare owner or “loyalty” member. Other than that you would have to pay $25/person for each day.

Had a really good experience at westgate.. Walmart is directly across the street and all the parks are very easy accessible… the room have washer and dryer and 1 bedroom which I stayed in has 2 bathrooms which was a plus for us with 2 children…only down fault, the water park on the resort and the 14 pools closes ones there is a cloud in the area. That was a bit frustrating..but as I learn it’s the time of year.. I will def be back to westgate..

Huge resort but never fear they have a concierge service to take you anywhere on the resort 24hrs. Many amenities to enjoy with your family. 14 pools and a water park. Such a great time my husband and I bought a time share!

My only issue was when we arrived to our suite - we did not get a welcome package . I had to pick it up the next day . I’ve visited Westgates in the past and here is usually coffee and filters on the coffee pot that was not there either. I feel like requested transport around the resort should be a little more computer savvy. You should have to keep having a business restore staff stop what there doing and call for you . They should be an app that allows you to call for transport yourself without you having to walk to the nearest facility or go back to your villa . Guest smoking by the pool was also an issue especially for people like myself who have chronic lung disease. No cash system was also an issue but I can get past that . All staff I encountered provided top notch service. Overall nice experience again, can’t wait to see them next year

I like the whole experience. Although at the time of check in there was a delay with the checkin staff..two people were cleared before us & we had to inquire what the delay was. Also, there was no instruction where to throw away your trash near your room or outside.
