Very nice property staff was helpful but when we checked in I was told that there was a shuttle to Universal and that at 8:15 you could catch it and that the last one coming back was 5:30 pm! I thought that was a on going shuttle wrong! Maybe make that know in Bold Print! And say only one for the day when they tell you about it!

If you need a convenient location, breakfast, free parking, and are not super picky on the room, it is hard to beat this price/value combo. Room is a little run down, breakfast was ok, but staff was helpful and bed was comfortable enough. Perfect spot especially if you are going to Universal and just need to sleep.

Overall, hotel could use a facelift 1) Stayed on the 4th floor and it was musty when I got off the elevator - another family said the same when they got off the elevator. 2) Some kind of shady looking people hanging in the parking lot in a running car 3) someone kept pulling on my door and definitely would’ve gotten in if I hadn’t had the inside lock engaged - I later heard someone knocking on an adjacent door so maybe they were just confused 4) not sure if it’s a smoking hotel, but someone was definitely smoking on my floor 5) I couldn’t sleep and left at midnight to find more suitable accommodations
