Breakfast every morning the eggs were frozen, not eatable. Every towel had someone’s hair on it. The bathroom toilet was leaking. And in the hallways they had loud fans blowing because the hallway ac leaked water and damped the carpet. The staff was friendly but standoff-ish as well. Took our complaints and didn’t really do anything about. Definitely will not stay again

The staff was so friendly, unfortunately a water pipe broke in the am when we were leaving for Universal and so we were unable to shower in the am. But they had it fixed when we returned from Universal Studios.
