I was expecting a bit more for the room accommodations since it is a Wyndham and "disney" resort. room had 1 chair with a fixed table, a compact fridge which couldn't hold much for a 4 night stay with kiddos, no microwave at all and the resort food options were lacking. for lunch/dinner it was either a dressy restaurant, starbucks, or take out. the restaurant offered a breakfast buffet only which was just ok-no lunch or dinner options. the take out wings and hot dog were good however the rest was just average. it would have been nice to have a dinner buffet with options so we weren't eating take out food each night. I cannot comment on the pools as it was too cold to enjoy but they appeared nice. the staff: from valet, registration, and bell services were exceptional.

The room was ample and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet that we pre-paid was very good. Moreover, the shuttle to Disney was very convenient. However, I had two issues during my stay. The first one was about the need of additional pillows which I had requested through messages via Expedia with the hotel. They acknowledge receipt of my request, but on my arrival, they practically refuse to provide those pillows until they eventually did it upon my insistence. The other thing that was unsettling was a cockroach in one of the drawers.

It was a great experience we loved the stay at the hotel the staff was great the pools were great the theme parks were at short distance from the hotel the housekeeping at the hotel was on point the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to go down to the lobby from the 7th floor use a microwave it would’ve been nice if the room had one but other that that the stay was great I would visit again also would recommend a stay at the Wyndham grand.

Property has a great location, you also get access to the pools in the same hotel complex. Food at their restaurant is very good and so is the staff. Parking is $35 plus a resort fee. Rooms are old and the cleanliness is poor. The bed skirt was dirty, the mirrors too. For the price I expected cleaner room and newer facility.
