No ice, one microwave in lobby, house keeping every other day and not in full, unsafe, side doors always open, one day with no water, two days with no hot water. Nice/friendly cleaning crew.

No adequate lights at night in parking lot on side building entrance, doors not locked at night on side entrance, elevators didn’t work properly. Paid a resort fee that was to include shuttle to park and it was not available (time restrictions, only so many people could book- had to Uber. Grille restaurant food was minimal gratuity automatically added without being advised. Pizza Hut people clearly hated their jobs. Attitude and didn’t wear gloves

We are Wyndham Rewards members and WDW Annual passholders. We visit WDW many times each year and stay at the Wyndham Orlando Resort if we cannot get a Room at the All Star Music Resort. The September 2024 trip was booked at the Wyndham. The rooms have been renovated and the complex is close to the Animal Kingdom. BEWARE: The check-in area had no person at registration. There is a kiosk with a video screen with a person situated in the PHILIPPINES taking your personal and CREDIT CARD information. He has you upload your personal and credit card info to him in the Philippines to complete the registration. It is not comforting to know that your info is floating around somewhere it shouldn’t be. Not sure if I will stay at this hotel in the future.

Even though if you pay in full, and it says, you only have to pay the resort fee upon your arrival, you still have to pay additional fees at check-in that they don’t tell you about

Its in a very convenient location but, hotel room was not as clean, it was okay. And no ice on many of the floors so, we had to look for one. We were told to leave the room keys at the front desk but, they called again asking if we checked out...

This was our 3rd year there for National Showgirl and Showman Pageantry. 2022 was beautiful, 2023 was ruff and a lot of repairs needed, and I was happy to see the repairs done (mostly) for 2024! Love this hotel!

Check in was bad as keys did not work I had to go back to front desk, no A/c in elevators or the halls on each floor, then the hotel allowed a car park in front of other cars making it almost impossible to move, I tried to tell staff but there was no front desk staff.
