A/C Mac truck wake ups!
The room was clean and had updates to the appearance. The outside areas were dated and needs some work. Simple fixes to level brick walkways would help to prevent a fall. The A/C unit sounded like a jet when it started and then kicked in sounding like a Mac truck coming into the room! Don't expect a good night's sleep unless you cool the room to 65 then shut it off. But you still can hear an echo of the other units going on/off all night. Needs a major update of some kind to the A/C!!! BREAKFAST was a disappointing. For the cost of the room something like scrambled eggs and a side might be nice!

Great value for the money. Convenient and centrally located to explore the cape, great food at Cooke’s seafood within a short walk. Grocery and TJ max a 2 minute drive. Would stay again.

Perfect for our needs!
Clean, comfortable and affordable. Friendly service. Location provides easy access to and from all areas of the Cape. Good size refrigerator Small microwave Small coffee maker Coffee plus in the dining room @ 8am with minimal continental breakfast selection Starbucks, Dunkin and multiple dining and shopping venues within walking distance.

The statf was very accommodating. Anything we needed was no prpblem and given to us quickly. We also checked in very late and it was not an issue at all. The location is a busy street but many places are within walking distance.

Great place!! Mike's smiling face welcomed us and Louie was friendly and helpful!! Fantastic amenities for the price. Cable TV actually worked without a hitch - I can't remember the last time that happened at ANY place I've stayed in the past decade!! Hahaha! Easily walk to a handful of places to eat really great food... Try the Dog's pub down the street, friggin awesome!! We'll definitely be back!!
