Wonderful place, great views, well equipped, excellent communication. Would have thought there might be a reduction in the fees as we were without electricity due to hurricane Milton. Had to clean up extensive water in the condo due to hurricane shutters not being able to roll down.

Really nice property. The only problem is that we like TV at night, we are not partiers. So the TV issues should be fixed for future folk. The TV should have a unit password and clear instructions IN THE UNIT. 4 stars from us.

Perfect Location
This condo was the perfect place for our trip. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed listening to the waves, went across the street to get coffee, and down the road to Publix. We found a couple of fantastic restaurants nearby and the neighbors were quiet. It is an older building and that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Well appointed beachfront condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy beach access, plenty to do/eat nearby! The beds were comfortable and the owner left us all necessities that would be needed! The floors could have been cleaner, our feet were black on the bottom if you walked barefoot inside the condo. But, overall this condo was great! We’d definitely stay again if we visit the area!

Absolute gem
The building is located in a great area. It is easy to spot your building due to trim colors. We arrived when they were beginning to resurface the parking lot so everyone was using underground parking garage. The work took a bit longer due to spring rains. Furnished well. Tile throughout on floors, easy to tidy up. We travel with our pug who especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each late afternoon/evening when we came back from the beach. My daughter was able to fly in from Nevada for 4 days and she lived the extra bedroom, full closet and bath. We would love to stay again.

The condo was exactly as described, well equipped and very comfortable. I had no issues communicating with the owner as she responded very quickly to the couple of queries I had both before and during our stay. The only reason I have marked down the accuracy of description is because we were unable to use the garage as the electronic door opener does not work. This did not negatively impact our stay as there is plenty of surface parking. We hopefully will return.

Condo was right on the beach. Private entrance to the beach. Condo itself was so clean! Theresa (the owner) was so friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we ever come back down to Ormand beach, we'll come back.

Consistent communication would’ve made all the difference.
I’ll start with the positives. The view was incredible. The balcony was the perfect size and had very comfortable furniture. Even better was that the balcony is on the east side so the intense evening sun was on the other side and it was very enjoyable to spend evenings sitting out there listening to and watching the waves roll in. Everything was clean, and the condo is very spacious and beautiful. The negative was that we started off with good communication from the owner, but suddenly we received no more correspondence at all for the rest of our stay. The main problem with that was I made multiple contacts about the main room ceiling fan not working, and I explained that it is critical that I have a fan. We tried a multitude of ways including all the ones she told me but it still wouldn’t run. I asked if someone could come check it, and that’s when all correspondence stopped. I ended up having to go spend my own additional money to buy a fan so I would have it for the rest of our stay. That part was extremely disappointing, considering that I expressed it as a critical need to the owner and didn’t even get courtesy of a response. The fan ended up coming on, the day we left, but the fact remains that it didn’t work the entire time we were there and that’s what mattered (probably has a short or something and should truly be checked for safety). Otherwise, we had a wonderful time - especially once I had a fan! Lol :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that we wish would have been operational were the ceiling fan in the living room, the tv remote even though we did exactly as instructed, did not work properly, nor did Alexa. The bathroom light did not work but we made the best of it. These are minor details and the location made up for it. We enjoyed ourselves but these are easy fixes to bring everything up to 100%.
