We loved our night here! The room exceeded all expectations, it was peaceful & quiet, so clean and the bed was super comfortable with so many pillows we loved it! Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy, such sweet front desk staff.. we will have to come back here!

Carriage Ridge is the perfect quiet getaway we always look forward to. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable. We prefer to eat in, as opposed to going to restaurants every day. The BBQ areas are fantastic. They are cleaned daily and provide the perfect cooking option for healthier eating. We upgraded to the one bedroom, which has all the kitchen amenities we need, but the BBQ is our first choice. If you need something, Foodland is 5-7 minutes up the road. Groceries, Beer Store and LCBO all in one! We loved the jetted tub in the bathroom. There is lots of drawer and closet space too. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We did enjoy HQ restaurant in Craighurst. The menu is great. Such a pleasant experience overall, and looking forward to another visit here soon.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was spacious, king bed and pillows were comfy, the room was clean, and had a balcony, lots of storage, a kitchenette, and was a 1 minute drive from vetta spa. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at the resort and would stay again. Bed was comfortable, shower and tub were spacious, kitchen was adequate and enabled us to do our own cooking. It’s a mountain biker’s paradise and a great spot for skiers and golfers, but we were able to hike the mountains as well as nearby trails. Not much to do in the immediate area in terms of shopping or dining, but Barrie and Orillia are only 20-25 mins away. Glad we stayed at the Carriage.
