Good bolthole on the beach
A comfortable but quite small apartment in a good quality block in a built-up area on the coast. The apartment needs a bit of a facelift, but the equipment is functional and the location itself, as well as the fact there are two terraces, is great - you just have to like being surrounded by lots of other apartments, so it's not to everyone's taste - if you like rural and calm and isolated, it's not for you. There are however lots of restaurants and shops, and the swimming pool is great and not too busy. The sea is visible from the terrace and within three minutes walk.The apartment was clean enough without being spotless. The owner was helpful and there were no issues with check-in or check-out. But a redecoration would improve the accommodation.

Amazing Sunrises and truly wonderful quiet
We loved out stay in this apartment. The size of the beds were the only disappointing point - they are very small -- not really enough for 2 people to sleep on. Otherwise it was wonderful. The apartment had proper amount of dishes and glasses and cutlery and had a great coffee maker and the fridge worked good. ( I wish the owner would have turned on the fridge before we got there, hopefully they will do that to the next guest) Over all we loved the place and would be happy to go back.

Great stay in Oropesa
The property is a well placed and well equipped place. It has everything's needed for a comfortable stay. It has both sea and mountain views and is a beautiful place for thr afternoon sun. There are local bars and supermarkets and the old town of Oropesa del Mar is around 30-40 minutes stroll along the sea front, with plenty of bars to call in along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Marina D’or Penthouse
Great apartment, we had a wonderful time here. The pool is large enough to swim in and the beach is right outside the door. Parking is in the secure underground car park and the lift carries your shopping to the apartment floor with ease. The views from the balcony are ‘wow’ inspiring. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen and ate on the balcony. The morning sun is available on the upper sun terrace. Highly recommended.

Es war alles da was man benötigt für den Aufendhalt. Der Pool mit Anlage erste Sahne Tiefgarage inkl. und in der Nähe vom Aufzug. Die Betreuerin "Fabiana", super Unterstützung un sehr Hilfreich. Löst sehr schnell Probleme auch in der Not.

La zona es muy tranquila. Playa caliente y calma. El apartamento es bien ubicado, con una vista parcial del mar y una vista 180 grados de la ciudad y las montañas. Todo funcionó correctamente. Las únicas cosas negativas fueron los colchones, que eran suaves de más. Por lo demás, anfitriones muy amables.

Appartement oropesa
Très bon sejour, appartement idéalement situé prés des commerces. L appartement est calme, mais aurait besoin d une remise à niveau. Le carrelage se décolle dans une salle de bain, des fils électrique au dessus des portes des salle de bains sont à nu. Aucune chaine française accessible sur la tv. Cela rend la location de près de 2000€ un peu chère. Si tout cela pouvez êtres revu cela rendrait l appartement tres bien.

Buenas vacaciones
La verdad es que el apartamento ofrece comodidad, cercanía a la playa, piscina, admite mascotas... Se ajustó perfectamente a lo que queríamos. Viajamos 4 adultos y 2 niñas, las camas cómodas, incluido el sofá cama. Fabiana nos atendió en la llegada y la salida y es encantadora. Por poner un pero... Algún utensilio de la cocina estaba algo viejo o era escaso, pero nada que impida pasar unos días estupendos en una zona genial de Marina Dor.

Bel appartement, bien situé, avec une vue mer magnifique. Il est très fonctionnel et la terrasse devient la pièce de vie lorsque le temps le permet. Le garage en sous sol est un plus pour garer la voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L'appartement à un très bon emplacement avec une vue latérale sur la mer. La terrasse est un atout car elle est grande. L'appartement mérite quelques améliorations. Dans la cuisine pas de bouilloire, grille pain, le récipient de la cafetiere n'est pas celui d'origine il est très petit. Des tasses et verres sont fendus, les verres a pied étaient très sales obligé d'être lavés a nouveau. La salle de bain avec la chambre attenante est très petite et l'autre chambre le lit soi-disant de 135 cm où il est difficile de dormir a 2 personnes ! Pas de chaines françaises comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Fils electriques dépassant dans les 2 salles de bain ! Rideau déchiré cachant la machine a laver. Pour la plupart ce ne sont pas de gros défauts mais qu'il serait préférable de corriger pour les futurs locataires. Ayant remonter ces informations au propriétaire avant de noter mon avis il m'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs !!! Pour une semaine en février a 482€ sans le linge de lit et serviettes je pensais vraiment a de meilleures prestations.

Très bel appartement. Terrasse magnifique et spatieuse , très belle vue, bien aménagée et bien exposée pour profiter de bons repas et d'apéritifs. ( Ce qui avait motivé mon choix.) Parties communes bien entretenues. Piscine très agréable et plage à 2 pas. Excellent séjour en famille avec 3 enfants.
