"Villa Maria" is a lovely & spacious maisonette with swimming pool in a quiet area with great balconies, outdoor terraces and barbeque area! The house offers 3 double bedrooms, one ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, living room with fireplace, air-conditioned spaces (4 A/C units) and one more bathroom. It is situated in North East Attica, 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and just an hour away from the center of Athens. Wifi, TV, washer, parking available.

A lovely 130m2 maisonette, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 6 people. The villa offers an outdoors 8x4m swimming pool.

On the upper level, there are 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The master double bedroom is ensuite with large luxurious bathroom and private balcony. The other two bedrooms share one more large bathroom. All rooms are surrounded by balconies offering lovely pool or garden views.

On the lower level, there is an open space living room with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The lower level has direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool, and garden area with different trees.

In Villa Maria, you will find many different sitting spaces plus a stone built barbecue with paved terrace. The garden is fenced and can offer hours of nonstop fun if you are traveling with children.

Villa Maria is suitably located in the North East of Attica just 700m from the nearest beach and the seaside resort of Agioi Apostoloi. The area offers a wide choice of different beaches to visit every day. A number of well-known seaside towns such as Chalkida, Oropos or Marathonas can be easily reached within 15-45 minutes of driving distance.

• Bedrooms
The apartment has 3 lovely double air-conditioned bedrooms. The master ensuite bedroom features a luxurious bathroom with extra large bathtub as well as a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The two double bedrooms are fully furnished with beds and the third bedroom has a three seater sofa that turns into a double bed. All bedrooms have direct access to lovely balconies with pool or garden views.

• Bathrooms
There is one bathroom in the ensuite master bedroom and more modern bathroom with shower cabin. All kind of toiletries, towels and all essentials.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your daily meals. Besides that, there is a filter coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a dining table for 6 where you can sit and enjoy your meal. The kitchen, dining area and living room are in one common area.

Villa Maria is located in the residential quarter called Galini (translated. Serenity), located in the area of Agioi Apostoloi in the Northeast side of Attica. The area is popular with Athenians owning summer homes and it is a popular resort during summer months. You will find a wide range of supermarkets, cafes & restaurants, shops, services, ATMs, pharmacies. There is a variety of nearby beaches to choose from, offering organized facilities, beach bars, and water sports.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
