It is a spacious 5-room apartment for a maximum of six people. It is in the centre of Orsogna, a picturesquely situated little town in the Abruzzi.

All three bedrooms have little balconies, which in some cases look out at the central square. There are also two balconies on the first floor. The whole apartment receives plenty of daylight. A special highlight is the separate little outdoor area (piazzaletto) in front of the house, where you can set up tables and chairs to enjoy the cool evenings. Owing to the central location of the apartment, there are various shopping facilities and services right nearby within walking distance (grocery shops, butcher, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar etc.). There is a big public car park opposite.

The 200m² of living space is spread over three floors. The first floor has a kitchen-diner and a living room. The light and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a 50-litre freezer, a gas stove with an oven, a toaster and a dishwasher. All other cooking utensils and crockery are provided. All guests can sit at the big dining table for meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa and another dining table with four chairs. There is even a piano for musical guests. The attic above has a sleeping area with a total of three bedrooms: a lovely double room (bed: 160 x 190cm) and two cosy two-bed rooms (beds: 80 x 190cm). The bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC, and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
