Clean newly build property, I will not call this hotel but rather a guest house, no restaurant or food option available, basic room with nice bed and toilet, quite location in a village, perfect for those who own or rent a car, beach is only 6km away, so own transport is necessary, Dalaman town centre 12 km a airport 13-15 km, overall satisfied, Value for money at this time of year

This hotel is unsuitable for solo travelers and I would advise Expedia to delist the hotel. Despite notifying the property I would be arriving on a late flight to Dalaman no one was awake to let me (or subsequent hotel guests arriving during the night to the hotel). No response to calls on the phone number provided, or any response to the doorbell The door was left open, but building materials were left in the hallway and on the staircase. At 1am as a single female I had to just try the doors of different bedrooms to find one empty to stay in. Really the worst stay in my 30 years of travelling. Unfortunately the app is not giving me the option to provide photos with this review.

This is not a hotel, it's a room in someone's house in a poorly connected area. There is no common area to spend time in before/after check out and there is no food available

Very clean and sparkling premises. Transport to Dalaman airport with owner for the cost of a taxi was very convenient. I loved that it was off the main road surrounded by farms, orchards and gardens.

Overall good for 1 night. Brand new. Good air conditioning. I think they Forgot about sound proofing here though ,I’m a light sleeper and didn’t get a wink. Can here every little noise. Good luck to the owners

A hidden gem of a hotel
Beautiful hotel, very quiet, peaceful setting. Very modern, new decor and massive comfy bed. No food but there is a nice restaurant within walking distance and owners will send out for food if needed. Restaurants, shops and beach are a short taxi ride away. Will have a night here now everytime I fly from Dalaman

Country living...
Travel from airport with airport taxi is around 80TL each way. Hotel is 'Out in the Sticks'. No breakfast is offered. Asked for an early call, to return for another flight. (Still waiting). No local grocery stores. Asked if I had soap and towel! Fortunately I had all and also tissues for toilet paper!! It was cheap and clean. You get what you pay for.

Price-quality very good!
Perfect location, 15 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from beach. New built accommodation, lovely family. Matras was sufficient, new, but the only point of improvement c matras was a bit hard (felt the spiral, a thicker topping would be good) but that is subjective, my husband found it fine. Did not hear any airport noise, had a quiet sleep. Anyway next time would definitely come again. There where no towels or shampoo, but we had our own, so no problem. From environmental view, this is actually a good point. I do not like al these small shampoos with one dose and a lot of plastic. Kind regards Olga and Luuk.

Clean hotel close to Dalaman airport
The building is quite new, rooms are spacious and clean. Fridge, air conditioner and TV are new. Location is in countryside and just in 15 minutes drive to Dalaman airport. Ideal for short stays. Good price for what you get. But there are still open points for improvement. Would be great to find a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Shower is big but there wasn't a shower head hanger.

A tiny country hotel with all amenities
I needed an overnight stay near Dalaman airport, but did not want a big impersonal hotel. The Riva Este is very small, only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, but in the countryside. The hotel is very fresh and new and the young owners very welcoming. They invited me to spend time with them and their beautiful 14 day old baby. There was a nice restaurant for dinner on the main road, a few minutes walk from the hotel. The owner drove me the 7km to the beach and would have come back later for me, but I was able to get a local bus.

Great new boutique hotel.
I used this place on a layover to Istanbul. The hotel is brand new, very clean and the hosts are really welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and want to come back in the future for a longer stay to explore the beautiful nature that surrounds this place. A hidden gem. 10/10

Clean rooms and very nice owner
The owner is very nice and kind. This hotel is not far from the airport in Dalaman. The room was very clean and the owner was very flexible and helpful. I recommend this place to other travellers. I also advice to have a car to move around to the different touristic areas if you want to stay for a longer period.

Superb
We were extremely happy with our stay at RivaEsta. The room was totally new, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner is brand new. Everything is exactly as pictured. The owner and his wife were extremely welcoming. The balcony faced a meadow and mountain view. It was an escape to nature rather than spending our last night in the city before going to the airport which was only 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
