It’s bad place with poor stuff. Air conditioner isn’t working and it’s hot all the time. Front desk aren’t helpful and taffy people. My advise don’t use this hotel.

good hotel but need to improve some points
the hotel in general was good , management are nice , but internet was very bad and I had to use my phone data all the time, room temperature was between 24 and 25 regadless how low I put the temperature, the room doesnt have kettle but I could go down to kitchen to get hot water anytime , not very convenient

Close to long distance bus station
No non-smoking rooms and since the whole population are smokers, the room had a cigarette smell. Private bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff speak English. Hotel is 100m from Trabzon bus station. Wifi signal strong. Breakfast was fine, hot food,salads and cheese.

A great budget hotel in Trabzon.
Nice budget hotel. the staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Nice roof terrace and perfect breakfast. The hotel is very close to the main bus station. You go to the city center with a mini bus in 10 min and 1TL. The neighborhood is not the best ever. It's a zone with car repair shops. Even as a solo women traveler didn't felt insecure and no problems at all. A great budget hotel in Trabzon.

Convenient hotel next to the bus station
The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is next to the bus station so convenient for bus trip; otherwise, nothing in the neighborhood to do (anyway, Trabzon does not offer much to do, just travel stop). The hotel is modern, nicely done, with marble in the bathroom. Average clean. Small room but convenient. Offers spa and sauna. Has parking.

Friendly staff can speak English. Low budget hotel. Very clean. Lovely Turkish breakfast. No coffee in the rooms however on top floor restaurant there is coffee/tea all day for self service. They never charged us for the coffee. Limited dinner menu but very tasty food. No alcohol only sodas and water at the restaurant. Food very cheap. Close by liquor store we stocked the bar fridge. Hotel supplies bottled water. There is a sauna, hamam (turkish bath), gym (well equipped). They also have message facilities.
