The best part of our stay was the check out process - after making sure nothing was charged to our room we dropped the room key into the self service check out box and walked away. Buyer beware - tiny rooms, no assistance to order taxis and rooms with NO natural light…great for vampires, not so good for those with circadian rhythms. Highly recommend looking elsewhere

Nothing unique about the property. I did not like the self check in. and I had a horrible experience with the spa. They double booked my appointment and asked me to return which I did only to find the staff member could not communicate properly and was turned away again. I wasted my entire afternoon/evening and never got a massage. And all they could say was sorry over and over again because not any staff member could speak English. I think it is rude for them to have no English speaking staff for a hotel business dealing with international tourists

The hotel was okay. The walls are not cleaned, so you might want to do a wipe around certain areas since the room is small and you will hit a wall. The breakfast buffet is great, a long time period to redeem and plenty of options. Don’t expect a good view if you choose the city view option. The public bath is a good feature. Going to/from the hotel to the train is not straight forward, but you will get used to it. Umeda station has direct trains to a lot of places.

This hotel has very convenient location to Osaka Station for transportation to other cities. Also a lot of dining options in walking distance. Close to subway. The rooms are very small, but clean and have all the amenities. Breakfast is good too with various options.

I stay here everytime im in Osaka the staff go above and beyond. I was helped by a staff member when i had stomach pains and she called the doctor for me due to my lack of japanese and also found me a hospital.

Location slightly limited for transportation, but price and public areas in hotel make up for it. Big public bath and convenience store in building were excellent features after long days or sightseeing. Bathroom inside room was extremely small.
