I got a solo room on the 31st floor with a great view of downtown Osaka for a good price. The room has everything you need and there are multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby, not to mention Shin-Osaka station which makes it easy to get around.

I have only one complaint. The hotel will not call a taxi to the hotel for you. They give you a paper with taxi phone numbers on it. It is hard enough to explain to a taxi driver how to get to your hotel with maps and cell phone translater. It is impossible to tell the taxi company how to get to your hotel. So we went on to the street and walked blocks with our luggage to hale a taxi. I have never stayed at hotel that wouldn't call a taxi.

Hotel is close to Shin Osaka station so it was easily accessible. The reason I gave it 2 stars overall is the fact that people at the front desk don't speak much english and we have 2 separate bookings and it takes 2 people over 30 minutes to figure out. Also, when you book 2 beds you can only have 2 adults and or a total of 2 people over the age of 6 as they count childrens over 6 years old as an adult. We ended up having to book a 3rd room just for our 8 years old daughter.

Restaurant was poor. They were out of cheese to make pizza. Pizza was the biggest item on the menu… Refused to make vodka with coke because they were not ‘together’ on the menu.

This hotel is very close to Shin-Osaka Station which is why I chose it as I didn't want to wake up too early to grab the Shinkansen to Tokyo. It is a bit hard to find from inside the station. Choosing the correct exit and all, but overall you can't beat convenience. It was a full house the day I stayed and they gifted us a snack (curry) which was nice. However, even though the room I reserved had a Queen Bed room it was a bit crowded for 2 people. And we only had one big suitcase and 2 small ones between us. It's good for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. It is also far from Osaka city center so only book it if you're taking the Shinkansen in the morning.

A very clean, affordable hotel close to the Shin Osaka Train Station. I can jump on any bullet train from this location. I am also a marathon runner so Yodogawa Park 1/2 mile away is a blessing. The river path is at least 26 miles long. Lots of restrooms.

Brand New APA HOTEL and spacious
It is a brand new APA hotel in Shin-Osaka with 32 story . Requested to stayed at high floor and the staff offer me 18 floor. The single rooms is so much spacious then other APA hotel, highly recommended this hotel and is just opposite the subway and Shin-Osaka station. If this APA hotel has a roof top bath I will surely say is a 10/10 hotel.

I liked that it was very close to the Shin Osaka Station which is a Bullet Train hub and one can go pretty much anywhere via that station. The station also has a very good market called the Pantry with many different kinds of food and drinks. There is also a connection to the Midosuji Subway for traveling conveniently throughout Osaka.

It was amazing here!! We stayed on the 20th floor and our window had a beautiful view of the city!! What really surprised me the most and am most thankful for was toothbrush and disposable razor blades provided!! I know for sure other hotels like in the Americas or Europe don't provide stuff like this. And the distance from the train station is close by!! I loved statying here and wouldn't mind staying here again ^-^
