Short walk to station. Staff not quite fluent with English. We had a medical condition and needed to get to hospital or clinic and the reception struggled to understand and support us. We could see their effort but the language barrier was evident. A lot of freebie to take at the lobby. Kids play room rather basic. Three arcade machine and table tennis table.

They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had left something in our closet and came back a week later and they had held on to it for us. My husband is vegetarian and the waitress in the restaurant made sure to inform him of everything that was safe for him to eat at the buffet.

A wonderful place to stay. Staff were very helpful. Ono helped us book tickets to Osaka Castle. High tea every day was special. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Room is small but very clean. This hotel has all the facilities and amenities you could think of, and there’re free drinks, free ramen and free afternoon tea! Staff is friendly and helpful, checking in and out are smooth and efficient. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

They offer alot! Just the things didnt seem to go together. The rooms are spacious. They dont make beds daily or tidy the room. They have a good kids area just a lttle out dated.

I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

Quite small room but well maintained. Many amenities, if someone needs them. Breakfast was good. WiFi did not work properly at all which is a big minus for the hotel.
