Breakfast Buffet:
Coffee Machine: With only one coffee machine available for 200 people, the wait times are long. By the time you get your coffee, your food on the plate has already gone cold.
Toaster: Having just one toaster for such a large crowd is inconvenient and leads to long queues.
Cheese and Milk: Cutting your own cheese and using a milk jar that isn’t kid-friendly adds to the inconvenience.
Design and Setup: The buffet bar, despite its fancy new design, is confusing, especially with the placement of sauces. The utensils provided are also uncomfortable to use.
Management: The front desk management seems to lack respect for their associates and doesn’t provide proper introductions.
Room Issues:
Toilet: The toilet cover opens automatically, which can be startling. Additionally, if you don’t close the restroom door, people exiting the room can see inside.
Shower Door: The glass shower door is positioned awkwardly, making it inconvenient to use.
Towel Hanger: The towel hanger is placed on the opposite side of the shower door, which is not practical.
Electrical Outlet: The placement of an electrical outlet near the headboard of the bed poses a risk of electrocution, especially when using a hairdryer.
It seems like the design choices, while aesthetically pleasing, have led to several practical issues. How did you manage to navigate through these challenges?
