Classy hotel tower
Classy hotel tower with stunning views of Osaka. Just next to the awesome Namba parks and shopping center so there is plenty to do and eat in the area. 10 minute walk from Namba station which it itself takes you to anywhere in Osaka basically. The room was lovely and fairly spacious open concept room. The only thing i wish they would have told us is that you need to put your room key in the slot near the door to operate the lights. It is easily missed. But other than that the room, hotel, and staff were great.

Osaka Fall Trip
Great place to stay in Namba close to a big shopping center and lots of food options. The ramen place just outside the hotel is as the best ramen I’ve ever had. we chose to include breakfast. There were many options and a variety of healthy choices, juices and snacks too. The service was superb! Clean and comfortable room. Easy check in and check out.

We got a room on the 11th floor and on the side of the train station, so we're able to hear the train at operating hours and although it's a big window, the view isn't very good. Also, the room is a bit lacking. You have an open waredrop next to the sink and shoe place, across from the toilet room.

Great hotel!
One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire trip in Japan. The staff was attentive and the space was beautiful. The only downside was that the room we were in was diagonally across from the train tracks and the trains run almost 24 hours so there was noise throughout the night. But other than that, I’d definitely stay at Centara again.

It’s a beautiful hotel and spacious. Close to everything. The only thing we did not like was our toilet area in our room. There were some questionable brown stains on the wall and closely looking at the bottom of door frame, it also had some brown stains/splashes. Not really sure what happened before, but whoever cleaned it didn’t not clean it well.

We had 2 interconnecting rooms. The rooms are of good size and the shower area and toilet are separated. Hotel is relatively new and staff is very friendly. Location is excellent as it’s near the train station and shopping areas. There are many dining options around the hotel. Will definitely recommend our friends to this hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was a good size and had a large comfortable bed and great shower/bath. We were on the 7th floor which did mean some noise from the nearby train station. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection. We also ate dinner at the special crab buffet event which was great.
