Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast buffet is amazing with many options. Hot coffee and cold water in the lobby 24 hours. Luggage holding provided. Coin-op laundry is always a plus. Right around the corner from Shinsaibashi-Suji.

Comfort Hotel surprised me! I was very impressed with this hotel! I loved it. Our room was big, spacious and very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for families and big parties.

The property is very centrally located for the shopping and sights around Dontobori seven minute walk to Shinshabashi underground station, the hotel is maintained well staff are friendly and polite, the hotel itself is very quiet has a laundry room. There is a lot of clubs and bars in the vicinity and a 24 hr convienient store an excellent place to stay!

I think the drawback is the room and toilet are so small. It’s hard to open the luggage on the floor. Nevertheless, the room is clean and the staff are very helpful.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They helped us receive and send our luggage between hotels, and were extremely hospitable. The breakfast spread was AMAZING, such a huge variety and super fresh every day! They even have free coffee, tea and lemonade while the common room is open. Very thoughtful touches. Location is great, walkable to Dotonbori and about 10 minutes to various train stations. Only gave a 4 star overall due to being dated, looks and feels older than the pictures. Our room was non smoking but it had a faint odd smell of smoke and kept hearing constant clicking noises. But we didn’t spend much time in the room, only to sleep so it wasn’t the worst.
