The hotel is new and staff is generally pleasant and can speak English. Main disadvantage is the distance from the train station; at least 15 min walk. The hotel provided a shuttle back and forth to the station, however the shuttle service ended relatively early before 9.30pm.

The hotel offer free shuttle service to the JR train station which was a bonus to be dropoff to and from the hotel. Great feature with a small kitchenette and housekeeping was great! Enjoyable stay!

The staff at the reception and dining areas were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We were able to walk the short distance to Shin Osaka Station to visit multiple sites. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Super clean and beautiful rooms! Would recommend for anyone who would like a quieter area. The location isnt the most convenient however there is a shuttle bus that they offer complimentary which was perfect for us!

Just checked out of our 3 nights stay and couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. The staffs were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and other residents as well. The room was just the right size for my husband and I. The full size fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer was a huge plus since it was pouring rain 2 out of 3 days and we were soaked. Shuttle service to the station was amazing as well. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning!

The hotel did offer a daily free shuttle service to the Shin-Osaka station but it only ran until 9.50pm. It would be great if it could be extended to before 11pm instead. The housekeeping service was clean but inconsistent at times. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Please keep up the good work!

we traveled as a family of 7 people. When we arrive at the front desk to check in the staff were very welcoming. They tried to communicate in English the best they can, but we walked away very happy. The rooms were very nice and clean(very important) and the place is so quiet very relaxing. My family love this place, we will definitely come back again and again. Oh, the location is just 5 min walk away from the Osaka-Shin train station makes it more convenient to travel to Universal Studios and Dotonburi. Just love this place!!!!!!

Stay was good as a well known brand of hotel, compared to the smaller ones we stayed at while in Japan. The added shuttle was very useful to help get around, staff was friendly and courteous, lounge area was clean and comfortable. Rooms are a little bit more spacious than a lot of hotels in Japan.

We had a comfortable stay in Osaka. The staff were kind and accommodating and our rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. We liked amenities like in-unit laundry and plentiful storage space. The hotel isn't super close to Shin-Osaka Station (25 min walk) but the hotel provides a shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes, which makes transporting luggage much easier. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a stay in a quieter part of Osaka and close to Shinkansen options.

Staff was great knew English enough that communication wasn't difficult, area was convenient with plenty of local places to eat and supermarket and convenience stores nearby. Train station was in walking distance but the shuttle service was excellent as well.
