Recommended - I would stay here again. Good quality and value, recommend Great for the price. Easy to use your Suica card to travel the few stops from Osaka station and walk around 10 minutes. Another station is also even closer if going out. Very nice bathroom and quality beds.

Good location, service and relatively clean rooms. A dirty sock had been left in our room but staff removed this when informed. Overall, staff was polite and helpful

Great stay
Hotel easily received our luggage via the luggage forwarding service we used in Tokyo and had our bags waiting for us on our arrival. Easily placed close by a metro stop with handy convenience store just across the road, and a couple of bars/restaurants further down the street also. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of useful amenities. Complimentary bottles of water in the lobby to help ourselves to whenever was a great touch, especially in the unusually soaring heat of October when we visited. The bed was slightly harder than I would personally have liked but managed to sleep ok none the less. Upon checkout we were able to easily upgrade to a late checkout time for a small fee without issue, and the hotel stored our luggage for us for a few hours while we made the most of our last few hours in the city. All in all a great stay, polite staff with clean and tidy rooms and lobby. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, you can walk from the hotel to restaurants, landmarks, and the train station. The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities, we arrived early and left our luggage at the front desk, and when we came back they already took all our belongings to the room. This is a financial area which makes the area even better to enjoy good, affordable, and traditional lunch combinations. The staff is helpful, attentive, and responsive to any of our requests. We will back to this property.

Brighton City Kitahama was a great and affordable hotel for my visit to Osaka. The room was affordable and spacious, plenty of amenities as you'd expect, and quite modern. Front desk staff were also very kind, and had folks who spoke English if I needed to ask any questions outside of the check-in or check-out process.

Absolutely loved this place. It is near to Kitahama station by 2 minutes walk which connects to every nearby city/ area. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Staff super friendly and nice. Indeed a memorable Osaka stay♥️

Great place close to everything 2 subways in walking distance, 30 min walk to dotonbori so good to get away from the crowds so many places to eat in the area including 7-11 and Lawsons across the road, the girls at reception spoke good English and were wonderful in giving advice on what trains to take , the bottles of water on offer in the lobby were great to grab on the way out and more when we returned! Would stay here again!

Luxury appearance with decent quality
Hotel looks amazing inside and out. The facilities were great. However, noise traveled easily between rooms. Washing machines were inconvenient. Breakfast was not enjoyable and there were no complementary breakfast foods. For how much I paid and the stars the hotel had; I expected more. I have paid $20+ less a night at lower star locations that provided higher quality and services.
