We were 3 people traveling and sofa bed was actually comfortable! This was surprised! and I know it is very hard to travel with 3 people in Japan since rooms are much smaller than the US

Great hotel
Great hotel with buffet-style tasty breakfast. Welcoming and nice staff. Staff were also helpful when we had a difficulty in connecting to the internet—they sincerely looked into the issue and kindly changed our room for a possibly better connection.

Nice but small rooms
The Hotel was nice. Some taxis didn't know where it was from The Tennoji Station, it wasn't very far, only about a $10 cab ride. The breakfast was very nice and it was only about a five minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was small, but good for the price.

Staff at this hotel was exceptionally rude. International implies some understanding of other cultures. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Japan. I have been here 2 years and have never experienced such poor service and poor amenities.

Motorcycle parking (with hassle), so so breakfast
This in a convention center hotel. The only reason we stayed here is because they are one of the few places close to the dontonbori area with motorcycle parking. That said, the management a security guards didn’t waste an opportunity to hassle us about where to park our motorcycles. Plenty of suitable and out of the way spots, but the security guard insisted that we park way over at th bicycle parking area. Rooms were slightly grimy and need updating. Breakfast wasn’t very good at all. The hotel is a 5-10 minute cab ride to dontonbori.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only one of my shower towel missing because is almost same as hotel towel. I think the staff have mistaken when do cleaning room. Location is quiet and near shopping centre within waking distance. Will definitely come back if going to Osak
