Good location for airport and free shuttle bus, booking essential. Nice quiet local area to explore, 20min walk to main train station in to Osaka. Hotel is equivalent to a motorway services hotel and is joining the main express way, facilitates for drivers and a lorry carpark is available. Good choice of in hotel restaurants. Breakfast limited to Asian style breakfast. Rooms are very very small compact Japanese style and bathroom is micro style. Rather high price for what is available.

Quick and easy subway and Airport access
The room was comfortable, but the carpets were dirty and there was smudge marks on the outlets and light switches. overall stay was good.
