Overall, the location is good with many places which interest me. The downside is the hotel room itself is very small and cramp. Ventilation fan in the toilet/bathroom is not working so there is a damp mold smell.

This place was nice. The space is limited in the room but overall was great. We loved the breakfast buffet, that was the best part of staying at this hotel. We were saddened to read that this place is closing down. It seems to be a hotel/place full of history.

Osaka hotel in great location
Good location in heart of Umeda next to Hankyu, Daimaru and Hanshin department store. Easy access to train station and shopping. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Tulleys coffee shop and bakery in lobby area was a great plus.

The hotel is stuck the 80s. The location is fantastic. The rooms need a much needed uplift and a remodel. They should go to electronic keys. The bathroom has a useless tub which takes up space, which is a premium in Japan.
