Wonderful!
Excellent hotel with amazingly helpful staff. Very spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. The staff from checkin, bell and housekeeping was excellent in their customer service. The staff in the frontline all spoke perfect English. Everyone was so helpful and truly took pride in their hotel and job. The hotel itself is beautiful and the service is exceptional. Great location to transportation and restaurants.

Stunning hotel with a decent amount of room and nice amenities. Black out curtains and the pyjamas were a great touch! Bathroom was a bit dated but I didn’t mind, it was a lovely stay.

The hotel and the staff were outstanding here. Definitely earned the 5 star rating. Staff were particularly well spoken in English and helpful explaining where things are and various services like in-room massage and laundry pick up. Overall great place to stay - castle view room with a safe, fridge, coffee and tea. Only disappointment for my friend and I was that their pool/spa was pay-to-use, which doesn’t seem to match the style of the hotel. Perhaps the high level room bookers get free access, not sure. Other than not being able to swim without paying a fee, we were super happy with this place. High level food, service, and amenities overall. Would definitely stay here again in returning to Osaka.

Staff were friendly and helpful, top notch. Our room had a great view of Osaka Castle. It was quiet and clean. However, the bathroom still had old faucets and hardware. The toilet didn’t work as intended with the bidet. The tub was old style. The heater or AC didn’t work either. The room was very stuffy. The breakfast buffet was average.

I booked this hotel for the location but the hotel itself was better than I could imagine. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.

3-5 minutes walk to 2 train station and Osaka Castle. Very quiet and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel staff were very friendly and the service was really good. They do provide everything you need, including pajama. I didn't bring The cream for dry skin, the cream they provided really helped us a lot for the dry weather. Recommend Hotel New Otani if you wish to have a quiet and good rest after your busy day.

This hotel is nice and beautiful. I really like the location except that it is far away from public transportation. As an As an handicap, I have to always walk the extra mile to find the elevator. Everything opened at 10. Not convenient if you’re on the run.

Amazing location, service and food
Spacious room , clean with excellent WiFi reception throughout hotel vicinity. Close to transportation , Osaka castle within walking distance. Very fair pricing , breakfast included with slight additional charge.
