This property was amazing, we just booked a room as our flight was arriving late and didn’t expect much as as it seemed to be inexpensive. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is so clean . Our room was much bigger than we expected and very nicely laid out.

The hotel is located a short walk from the terminal. Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Very helpful when answering questions. Room was clean, well appointed and quiet.

I think they have too many occupants since its at the airport so the usual excellent Japanese service isn’t there.. No friendly person to help as I arrived and checked in late and had no dinner.. waste of money as I might as well have stayed in a cheap hotel with much better service
