This hotel is very close to shopping and dining areas. It is also connected to the subway station so it is very convenient. The restaurants are over priced so we ate elsewhere after spending too much on the breakfast buffet the first morning. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the A/C setting and our room was not cool enough.

Lovely, large hotel with two breakfast buffet options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnishished. Right in the heart of Shinsaibashi-suji. Will stay again when visiting Osaka!

Dear Team at Hotel Nikko Osaka, Warm greetings from Kyoto. I had a fantastic time at your hotel although I had a fairly short stay as a rest stop on my day trip to Osaka. All of the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. A mention of commendation to Li who helped check me in seamlessly at the counter and provided a room with a grand view despite the last minute check in. Our room had a stale smell which we raised to staff immediately after checking in. They asked us to come back at 3pm the next day which we couldn’t as we had a day trip planned. We never heard from them

Awful hotel service and average clientele. The hotel tried censoring my view because I specified just exactly what you should expect so I’ll be very vague. This hotel caters to the worst kind of tourists and you’ll never catch a break from it. The staffers are very immature and hire for looks rather than language skills.

Revisiting the hotel first time in 5 years past Covid-19, I can assure the values are here for ever regardless of the authentic brutalistic architecture from old days but the location and its amenities are still relevant in these days!
