The property is walkable to Dotonbori as well as the train station. We had the most spacious, clean and nice view room with our own laundry. Plus the staff are very approachable and helpful. Just be careful walking around the areas where there are ongoing road work.

A great place to stay. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff and nice rooms EXCEPT they are dark! Modern nice place…good environment. But so dark it’s hard to see and a little depressing. Add some lights and it’s a winner. As is…..it’s a bit of an issue.

Perfect Location
The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of everything! The hotel is also fairly new, which is a big plus. I especially loved having a washer and dryer in the room. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!

Hotel in central Osaka. Walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. Only complaint is the rooms are very dark, shower had weird odour, and you’re unable turn off one of the lights (which made sleeping difficult). Overall service and hotel staff are amazing. Our luggage transfer was not at the hotel when we arrived but the staff did an amazing job on expediting the luggage to us on the same day!

Fantastic location in Americamura (less than 10 min walk to train station) and the best breakfast buffet of our entire trip. Room was very large and comfortable, but lighting was extremely dim (hard to see!) and we couldn’t find the trash can until the last day.

Modern, funky and beautifully designed! It was my favourite hotel of the whole Japan trip!! Staff were brilliant and didn’t want for anything. FamilyMart on nearest corner and excellent okonomiyaki place opposite were great too! Very close to Dotombori but quiet street.

I like the room with washing machine. Good to wash laundry so that we dont need to bring so much clothes for the whole family. Hotel took the initiative to set up the 3rd single bed for us. Family of 2 adults and 2 small kids

Simply outstanding, super clean hotel with an exceptional staff. Located in the best part of Dotombori in Osaka, it’s a quiet area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Less than a five-minute walk from the Glico Man. The hotel provides all basic toiletries free of charge. The hallways are quiet and have a dark theme; the room itself is also slightly dim compared to most hotels, but brightens up once the blinds are open. For me, the location couldn’t be better—I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.
