I like that the room was clean and quiet and the hotel is close to beach and supermarket. The staffs were polite and helpful. However, I wish there were more Japanese style food option for breakfast and dinner. I also wish the guests using the public bath would wash first before entering the bath.

This hotel was awesome! We appreciated the location as it was so close to the airport and just steps away from the Rinku Town station. We loved the surrounding area - the huge outlet mall, the large store - Trial and Lawsons in the hotel. The reception and dining staff were all so friendly. It made us feel so welcomed! We appreciate the shuttle to Kansai airport on 10/31. The driver was very courteous. I wish I remembered his name! He stood outside until all guests entered the terminal and waves to us. This left a lasting impression of how amazing the staff is at this property! We will definitely return to this hotel when we return to Osaka!

A great hotel for transit, before an international flight. The hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. The female staff were fantastic and helped us with all our queries. The room was spacious, clean and we could repack our suitcases easily. Very positive experience overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Standard basic airport hotel. Bit dirty around the edges in the bathroom - in the sink and so forth. The online adverts sell this as a nicer place than it is. It is fine, but maybe it sells it to be a bit better than it is. Free shuttle to airport is good, make sure to book the night before.
