Our luggages can be easily stored in the baggage area before check in. The best is the free usage of hot bath that makes us so relax after a day of shopping at the Rinku premium outlet.

Facilities and location is good. There is also a free shuttle bus service but need to register online beforehand. The spa is great, it opens until 1am. There is a 24 hours convenience store located at 2nd floor. But the over all management in the hotel is poor. No coffee, water nor phone in the room.

The hotel was very nice. The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the location and Free Shuttle to the airport. The problem I had was I was not informed I had to make a reservation to take the Shuttle.

Oasis by the airport
This a wonderful hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful and multilingual. the onsen is like a spa. The hotel is located one train stop from Kansai international airport. It is a 2min walk from the train, 5min walk to a premium outlet mall or about 10min from an Oceanside walkway. They also provide secured bike storage making it a great place to launch your cycling adventure in Japan.

Great location
It was nice to be close to airport the day prior to flying. There is the outlet close by for shopping and beach to see sunset. Room was clean and hot spring was enjoyable. It would be better if robes and extra towels were provided.

Excellent hotel. Really nice building overall, rooms were very very clean and well presented. Bed were comfortable and shower/bath had great water pressure. Lawson's convience store is within the building, which is very handy.
