Probably the biggest hotel room we’ve stayed in the entire Japan. Location is near the train stop and outlet mall. About 45mins to Namba station.

nice and clean hotel. Highly recommended. However if you are only staying for one night to have a quick tour of Osaka and plan to leave the next day, then probably choosing a hotel within waking distance is more convenient. This hotel needs you to take a train to get there.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was average. If you’re driving, the location can be a bit tricky to find, and the parking situation is less than ideal. There aren’t any nearby conveniences like konbini or late-night dining options within walking distance. The room itself was underwhelming, with cleanliness falling short of typical Japanese standards—dusty surfaces and dirty floors were noticeable. The pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the towels had a rough, dry texture. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently close to Kansai International Airport (KIX), and there’s a nearby premium outlet offering a variety of high-end shops.

This hotel is larger than typical Japanese hotel. Looks like it's either a relatively new hotel or was renovated recently. It's really nice. This hotel is also perfect for those who are transiting in Osaka for other destinations. There're many shopping close by with good local food. Highly recommended.

Suites pretty decent size. Beautiful views of the bay. The rooms have added security where you have to scan your access key card to a security door before entering hallway to your room. I love the remote-controlled curtains and room setup basic yet elegantly modern. Train station, dining, shopping mall, outlet, convenient are all walking distance.

Great hotel for overnight stay before flight home. Great shopping spot too. Lots of places to eat. We had a great value-for-money meal at the Trattoria. The hotel rooms are a great size with larger than normal beds in the twin room and an extra lounge area. The only issue was that the walls were paper thin. Unfortunately our neighbours were having a few drinks so it was quite loud.
