The shuttle service is good. I would have loved to rent a bicycle from hotel but they dont give this service.

They stored our luggage prior to check-in and then we were able to check-in an hour and a half before the regular check-in time. Much appreciated. Bathroom was fresh and clean.

Lovely hotel just by Shin-Osaka Station with FREE shuttle bus to hotel from WEST Exit 4 . Great breakfast options for non Japanese and can transfer the breakfast vouchers to fixed lunch menu in lieu.

It was ok, needing a place to stay overnight before we travel to Kyoto. Very small room. A good breakfast buffet and free shuttle service to the train/subway station makes the hotel stay better.

The room was spacious & clean. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is fantastic with great varieties, Japanese & Western. Shuttle bus service to Shin-Osaka every 15 mins. Have stayed here a few times. Definitely my first choice when in Osaka.

Osaka trip to Japan
The hotel is very convenient to and from the train station with free shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and you get free water in the room although it says tap water can drink. I would come back again.
