This hotel is in a great location with great staff but that’s where the good parts end. The mattress on the bed is 10cm thick and like sleeping on a wall. The WiFi is like being back in the 90s. I asked earlier in the day about a massage for my wife but we were too tired so didn’t book it. The hotel phone rang at 11:30 waking us but we didn’t make it in time then 10 minutes later it woke us again and it was them asking did we want to book a massage. I pointed out the time and hung up

The hotel is amazing in an amazing location of you want to be close to Universal Studios. Has many restaurant options and the staff was amazing and super helpful. Will definitely return here if I travel again to Japan, highly recommended

We love this hotel for our visit to Universal Studios Japan. Perfect location and very nice room. Our only complaints are that the wifi was extremely slow (2 hours to download an app) this time. And they didn’t have any hooks to hang the towels on. Plenty of space so they should add some hooks. But we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself is in an excellent location to visit USJ. For convenience this is 5 stars. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic. However, the only negative is the bed mattresses. It’s hard spring foam, and after a full day at USJ you need to sleep comfortably. If you are OK with that then this is a great option. Advice would be to put more comfortable mattresses. We had VIP Expedia perk for free parking but we did not have a car and asked for breakfast instead which they refused. Would’ve been nice if they switched it. We ended up paying. Overall good choice if you’re main focus is USJ

Convenient location
The location of the hotel is excellent. Just outside entrance if Universal Studio Japan and near Universal Station as well. Many restaurants and Lawson just downstairs. Their check out timing is good too and they are generous with their toiletries. Direct limo bus from Kansai Airport too. Had an enjoyable stay there.

Not my favorite hotel but super convenient location. Wifi was spotty and hotel was very crowded. It is worth it for the convenience of getting to Universal-- otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location only a two minute walk from Universal Studios! However, the room that we got was outdated and did not look like the pictures. I’m sure there are some remodeled rooms by ours. Definitely needed some work.
