Great property, really really close to the Dotonbori neighborhood too. The staff are super kind, respectful, amazing, and most of all helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing stay will be back
It was an amazing stay! Comfortable bed and spacious enough. Room is very clean, tidy, and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is near dotonbori and a lot of food and convenience store nearby. They also provide daily towels. Also, very affordable!

Location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the bathroom had a strong odors that smelled like sewage, we notified the hotel but they couldn’t do anything about it.

Good stay for solo traveler in Osaka. Breakfast was ok, I would suggest travelers to skip the breakfast and go down to the food court underneath the hotel. Very close to the train and donbori. Would recommend clean rooms and quiet rooms too.

Very convenient as it was close to Namba station. Had a convenience store nearby. Access to 24 hr coin laundry. Drinks vending machine on lobby floor Free breakfast was provided. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Ok experience… but not fantastic
The check-in is not smooth, as it is via machine. In the end, need the help from the front desk to help us check in. The toilet is small. So if you are on the bigger side, will be uncomfortable sitting on the toilet seat. And the only way to get free drinking water is using cups - which is not making sense. And we could not top up using our own bottle. Should provide an empty reusable bottle, like the one we have in Kyoto. But overall, the hotel is just next to the train exit. Very convenient.
