For a short or long stay, come and escape in this beautiful and spacious chalet of around 160m² completely renovated with taste and refinement. It is located on 16 ares of land allowing children to play and have fun in complete safety. The chalet is located outside the village on the edge of the road leading to the Petit Ballon as well as at the edge of the forest (at the foot of the Bickenberg hill), which allows you to take beautiful walks in nature. You will discover wild orchids from April to May.

The location is ideal for visiting this beautiful region. On one side, the tourist villages like Eguisheim at 15 minutes and the city of Colmar at only 20 minutes, without forgetting Kaysersberg, Riquewihr and Ribauvillé ... On the other side, the mountains, the Petit Ballon and its farm inns, the Grand Ballon and its lake.

To make your stay soft and relaxing, the cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with quality bedding, living room, bathroom, separate toilet ...).
Throughout your stay, you can enjoy your meals around a large table inside or on the terrace while enjoying the view of the mountains.
New for 2019: provision of 2 hammocks for relaxing in the trees and a brazier for evenings around a fire.

Nice, clean and friendly guesthost
The house was clean and had a great view. IT was more than big enough for our groep (6 adults and a baby). Nathalie is very nice and easily approachable. We will certainly recommend this house.

Fantastic chalet in a beautiful region of France.
We are a family of six & have just returned from two super weeks summer holiday in this fabulous property. The owner Nathalie gave us a warm welcome on arrival & was very friendly & helpful throughout our stay with suggestions for places to visit. The chalet is clean, spacious & very comfortable with tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen is modern & well equipped. The weather was good so we generally used the nice patio area for our meals, including several BBQ's, but there are also two comfortable dining areas within the house. This is a great location from which to explore the Vosges mountains & wider Alsace wine region including beautiful Colmar, Eguisheim, Riquewihr etc. Switzerland & Germany are also both easily accessible with Basel & Freiburg both about an hour's drive away. The children enjoyed trips to the local Écomusée d'Alsace, Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse & Europa Park over the border in Germany. All in all a super holiday. We would love to return here someday soon!

Viel Platz und gute Ausstattung bei freudlicher Gastgeberin
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Wir waren zu 9t und 3 Generationen, im Haus es gibt genug Pkatz, damit man auch an verschiedenen Stellen verweilen kann. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich! Nathalie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Klasse Ferienhaus
Ein tolles sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie mit allem, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war super nett, hat uns mit Wein und Gugelhupf begrüßt, rundherum zum Wohlfühlen. Die Betten waren sehr gut und man konnte durch den großen Garten direkt los zum Wandern. Alles prima!

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful home
We enjoyed the stay! Nathalie is a very friendly and open host. She showed us her beautiful house and explained all household devices. The communication with her was unproblematic thanks to her english and german skills. The area around the house is perfect for motorcyclists, cyclists and hiker.

Wundervolle Ostern im Elsass!
Wir haben wundervolle Ostertage mit unserer Familie im Elsass im Haus von Natalie verbracht! Die Gegend ist wunderschön, die Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus und die Attraktionen des Elsass (Colman und Eguisheim zum Bespiel) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin Nathalie Schaegis ist herzlich, freundliche und immer zu erreichen! Wir haben uns rundherum sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus, das sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet ist, nur empfehlen. Christian

Charmant chalet, au milieu des Vosges à proximité de Colmar. Hôte très charmant, accueillant et à l’écoute des locataires. Bien équipé, calme et très bien décoré. Un belle expérience. Un petit point d’attention sur les informations sur le site de location : le gîte est attenant au logement de l’hôte. ( très discret, serviable et souriante) Je recommande cette location pour un moment de calme et de détente.

Der Kontakt mit Gastgeberin Nathalie Schaegis war sehr gut und freundlich, das Haus sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich durch die Anbausituation, die uns so davor nicht mitgeteilt wurde, waren 2 klärende Gespräche vonnöten, da wir in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht von Baumaßnahmen gestört werden wollten.
