Fantastic Service and Stay
Such an incredible stay. We were in town for a party and a funeral. They were there when I drunkenly locked myself out and when I couldn't leave the room in time because I was crying so hard. True hospitality!

The one front desk lady was amazing. The 3rd shift man was a crabby jerk. They keys to the room never worked and the lights by our bed didn’t work. We stayed 2 nights and they never made the bed up. No clean wash rags.

I was disappointed the facility had no hot tub - they just had a pool. I also left my i-phone charger and cable in the room and called that same night to see it they could retrieve it and mail it to me. The woman at the front desk put me on hold and checked lost & found & the room. She said she found nothing & told me to call back next and ask to speak to housekeeping? Kind of odd if they stole it why would they fess up when I called back? A properly run hotel would follow up with housekeeping and offer to call me back the next day to resolve the problem. I will not stay there ever again.

One thing we did not like was the fact there was not any extra lock on our room door to use overnight. Just the chain lock. Most hotel doors have a deadbolt.
