Nice Hotel With A Great Location in Downtown Oslo
Nice older hotel perfectly located in downtown Oslo. An easy walk to the pier, museums, bars and restaurants and other sights. The included hot breakfast buffet is sufficient to keep you going for hours.

I was disappointed that there was no laundry facilities, despite what the Hotels.com page said. I had packed planning on being able to launder clothes. This put me in a bind to make sure I had enough clean clothes to last the trip. The hotel features should be edited to reflect they have laundry "service" not laundry facilities. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Great location. Can walk almost anywhere in central area. Great breakfast. Nice rooms. Great staff. The location is noisy, regardless of which street the rooms face. There are nearby bars. Traffic is loud. Work in nearby businesses starts early.

The front desk staff were uniformly knowledgeable and helpful. The dining room took a long time to take orders and even more time to bring our meals: Over an hour. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good. Overall, it looked like they were saving money on staff.

The welcome from the reception staff was very warm and friendly and the accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is centrally situated so easily walkable from Central Station and within easy access of the city centre and its places of interest. I’d definitely highly recommend it to others.

The Staff are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the design of the lobby is charming and modernly Scandanavian. The location is central and many attractions are walkable in distance. Trams are also plentiful and easy to navigate. Arrive early to the included Breakfast to avoid crowds. The Hotel restaurant serves a nice variety of delicous meals.
