The skillet was greasy and the Teflon was scratched. Baseboards were dirty. The sofa was soiled. Leaves and debris were at the front door. Appreciated the 100% cotton towels. Needed paper towels in the kitchen.

We booked one suite through expedia, which was very easy but the problem came during check-in. We called the motel reception 5-6 times, but they didn't pick up phone and no call back received. After many attempts got text message about check-in. Same thing happened during checkout. No front desk staff to help during checkout. Location is good just close to beach and the lake and the area is walkable.

Amazing property in Osoyoos!
The check in process was super smooth and proximity to beach was a plus. Stacy and Hughie were super helpful and even put a birthday sign for my daughter’s birthday on the main property sign. The rooms are bit older and may need a bit of upgrades but overall amazing stay.

One of the staff members was extremely rude, especially when I asked for additional towels, treating me as if I was going to steal them. Additionally, the balcony door latch never worked, and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Nothing fancy, but was exactly what we needed. Easy to walk into town and to the local Bar. It was lovely sitting on the deck with the lake on either side, we would stay here again for sure!
