I’m always torn to rave about hidden gems b/c I don’t want my favourite places to be overrun however, this is the definitely the best place to stay in Osoyoos with the best pool. The water is fresh and not over-chlorinated, pool area is super clean with lots of shady spots and seating/tables for families, fully gated to keep the kids in or out - your choice! Same for the hot tub which is wonderfully hidden from general foot traffic. The owners are extremely hospitable and genuinely kind hearted people. The entire premises is kept up with a handful of diligent staff, every day you can see them tending to everything and anything. Rooms have been recently updated, including mini ovens and induction plates in the family suites. Value for stay is exceptional even when comparing to others resorts closer to the water. The restaurant on site is great, staff are experienced, friendly and helpings are generous; food was decent and their menu is awesome (Something for everyone, they have a pasta night! No one does that anymore!). Tons of parking for restaurant and hotel guests with quick access to downtown and direct roads to water. Within walking of pretty much anything - Timmy’s, grocery store, liquor store, fruit stands, you name it. The BBQ and public grass area is a beautiful spot for kids to run around or just to hang and enjoy the food together. All guests are encouraged to be friendly with each other and it’s an open, family atmosphere with many return clients!

This is a well-maintained building. Unfortunately the air conditioner is loud so sleeping was difficult. Ear plugs would be useful. Easy access to downtown and to the wineries along the Golden Mile and Black Sage benches.

This is a great place to stay. We have stayed here on other occasions as well. The owner/manager is very welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you might need. The hotel is located just at the entrance to Osoyoos so definitely no complaints. Will be staying again. - and the pool was very refreshing and clean.

Nice motel with lovely pool. Very clean and newly renovated rooms. Lots of parking and near to grocery stores. We had a few issues: 1) the bed they advertised as new and so comfortable, was definitely not. Difficult to sleep more than a few hours. 2) The noise from the AC was so loud and way above the acceptable decibel range. This meant we could not use it and the room was hot and stuffy. 3) The plug in the bath would not stay open, so we rammed a soap bar in the gap, sothat the water could go down the drain. 4) Even though the office was open, there was no one there. After knocking alot someone in a dressing gown came down. We reported these issues, but there seemed to be not an acknowledgement or anything.

Excellent check in and this motel is immaculate with great attention to cleanliness. Our room was lovely and well equipped with what we needed in the kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and exceeded our expectations.
