Come and discover this beautiful house which consists of:

On the ground floor: an entrance hall leading to a garage which provides access to the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor: a shower room with WC, a separate fitted kitchen and a lounge/living room.
The kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, a 3-burner induction hob, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The living room/living room has 2 sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV unit with TV, a dining table with chairs, a sideboard and a wood stove.
The living room/living room and the kitchen give access to a beautiful West facing terrace where you will enjoy having a good time with an unobstructed view of the mountains.
You also have access to the small garden with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue.
On the second floor: a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with cupboards and a 150cm bed, a second bedroom with cupboards and a 140cm bed and a third and last bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Two bedrooms have access to a second beautiful terrace.

The house is located in a condominium with a large collective swimming pool.
Open during the summer period. Not heated.

Casa de 3 pisos, jardincito y terraza cerca de Puigcerdá
La casa tiene 3 habitaciones 2 baños. Está totalmente equipada. La dueña, Maria jose estuvo muy atenta a lo que necesitásemos. Las vistas son preciosas desde la terraza. El pueblo, Osseja, no tiene mucho pero es un buen sitio desde donde hacer excursiones en la cerdaña. Los muebles con un poco antiguos. La piscina está muy bien. Repeteriia. Tiene juegos para niños
