The hotel is very nice and is enormous. Our room was at the end of a 100 yard hallway. Quite a walk to/from the elevator. It is located adjacent to Haneda's international Terminal 3. It has several sections with various views of the airport. The staff were excellent and the breakfast had a lot of variety. It also has an onsen to relax in. It was a couple hundred yard walk to the airport terminal but a very convenient place to stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are flying out if Haneda.

The hotel was fine but the check-in was slow. If the check-in machine doesn't work for you, you will have to wait in line to check-in. There are very few employees working the desk so the line will move slowly. Still a very convenient location so would stay again.

Their onsen is divided into different sections. Both indoor and outdoor onsen sections are quite enjoyable. This was also the only hotel we stayed in during our 15-day Japan trip that had massage service, and a very nice one might I add. Breakfast is skippable. Nothing was tasty (not an exaggeration) and everything is close to empty all the time. Hotel is located inside airport gardens so you’ll have plenty of shopping and dining options.

The hotel is in an excellent location to Terminal 3 Haneda. Shopping is good and luggage carts take you from the hotel lobby to your check-in. The front of the house staff is helpful and efficient. The old-day dining room is a bit cold and soulless. Not a warm and fuzzy place, but it all works.

The hotel is located conveniently closely to the terminal 3, and a shopping mall. There is a cross walk to the hotel and you will not need to go outside. The hotel room is relatively small. Recommend reserving a larger room. The onsen is great. The facility is kept clean all times.

This hotel is great for those who don't want to rush for travel to and from Tokyo. We always book here for 1 night when we arrive so we can rest without having to rush to get other trains. And also before we leave Haneda so we're also not rushing to get to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful for non Japanese speaking tourists. The Lawsons and 7/11 locations are very convenient. As well as having close access to ticketing for trains, SIM cards, pocket wifi and luggage transport.

Book this hotel for a relaxing return journey home
We had a 1125am flight and decided to stay book a night at this hotel with onsen instead of trying to travel during morning peak hours traffic in Tokyo and it's much more relax. Hotel is very clean and new. Plenty of self check in/out machines meant very little to no wait. Friendly staff who converse well in English are there to guide you almost every step of the way. Highly recommended

Great over nighter.
This is an airport hotel, so most people stay overnight, rooms are small, but for one night that is all you need. Good buffet breakfast, self check in, staff can assist. Good access to a shopping complex for Di ing options, 2 minute walk to the airport, connected area.
