Wouldn’t stay here again!
Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:30 pm. They were not busy and the hotel was not full. Due to that, they gave me a voucher for 2 (we were 3) to the “buffet” breakfast that usually costs approx $25 per person. It was absolutely terrible, empty (food all gone) and to me it wasn’t even worth $5! Hair still left on the shower curtain and the lounge closes very early. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price/value!

Nice but with surprise charges
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly when we checked in. Though the person who checked us in gave us a parking pass to use for their garage and did not mention that we had to pay or told us how much it was. We also weren’t told that the breakfast offered in the morning was a paid one. We assumed it was part of the price of the stay like at most hotels we’ve stayed at.

Friendly staff and superior quality. The only downside is the limited number of charging stations for EVs. My choosing this hotel was based on their availability. Granted, this is not the staff's fault in any way but it would be worth investing in more stations as the need will invariably grow in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn location and found everything from staff to facilities to parking underground to getting around very enjoyable. The only thing that they should improve on is the time for breakfast. I came down at 9:30am and was told that they no longer serve breakfast. I was shocked and went across to Delta hotel for breakfast for both the days I was there. They should serve breakfast until at least 10:30am.
