I like this hotel for its location. It's downtown but not right in the heart of everything. They have a lovely bar and restaurant and I like their swimming pool. They don't have a hot tub but the pool room is nice and heated so I don't mind. Would stay here again

The hotel was spacious and nice. The rooms were clean in the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is located in downtown Ottawa and you are able to walk too many places from there. The only criticism I have is with the parking parking is $25 a day in a parking garage that’s beside it and the parking garage has very low ceilings and it is very tight.

It was the best night for us in the last three nights.We have been traveling through Canada and this was by far the best room. The bed and pillows were outstanding and the shower was incredibly invigorating. I have all good things to say about this hotel. Service and food at bar and breakfast buffet was excellent too!

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful room in a beautiful spot. The dining room made the trip for me. It was a pleasure coming downstairs and enjoying supper and a cocktail. The best Manhattan I’ve ever had served by one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. Only issue was the parking. The roof of the parking garage is very low. If you have a larger vehicle, you won’t want to try getting in there.

I spent 5 days at the hotel and it was good/average. The facilities were nice but staff were not overly helpful. They met expectations but did not exceed. Overall I would stay again if it was the hotel available but I might go elsewhere to look for a little extra service. Location is good - right next to the O.
