Loved the hotel, very modern and clean, lots of space and amenities. Great breakfast. A couple houses across the street were a bit run down and full of graffiti. Our room was fantastic otherwise, just closed our curtains.

Room was great, spacious and clean. The parking and communication around it was terrible. 'Parking available' was dark alley with no markers in behind 4 condemned buildings...garbage everywhere, no lights, no signage, no security. And that was for $20/day. I asked about safety and they said it was safe. I said I don't feel safe back there as a women alone...their reply was 'oh no certainly not by yourself.' My husband followed up later about safety of our vehicle and they replied 'it's pretty safe, people drink and do drugs there but they don't damage anything'....we parked on the street and asked for our money back....very dissappointing

Great location, walking distance to Parliament Hill,the War museum, Canadian Museum of History and the National Gallery. A bedroom with 2 doubles in it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and tools and was very clean. The bathroom was also well appointed and clean with ample good quality towels and lots of counter space. Lots of closet and storage space was a plus too.

The room was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The hotel staff were very friendly and proactive in providing information about local sightseeing spots. The hotel is located on a quiet street, and the surrounding area felt safe. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the museum, which was very convenient. The building seems to have a long history but has been renovated, so it doesn’t feel old. The room rates were reasonable, and the cost was lower compared to hotels near Parliament Hill and downtown. Although the restaurant charges for meals, the quality of the breakfast was quite good. The only area for improvement would be the parking. The current lot is just an empty, abandoned field. It would be more satisfying if guests could park directly in the hotel’s parking spaces or in a better-maintained lot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
