Great price for a room in the Ottawa area
Quiet area with parking close by. Very clean house with all necessary utilities included. Large kitchen and den with a large sofa. Not too far from a big shopping district with lots of choice for food and anything else you might need. I fully recommend this location.

Big house far away from downtown Ottawa
One night stay as part of a longer road trip. Nice house with about 4 separate rooms being rented out. Very comfortable and spacious. We did misjudge how far from the city center it was, not that we were really looking to be in the center.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, The owner is a very personable, friendly and helpful young man. He maintains a clean and well kept house both inside and outside. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was really a home away from home. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family!

Price was very affordable. Super big bathtub, comfy bed, great wifi, streaming tv, clean kitchen area, Manager very responsive to any comment, such as towels etc. Minor suggestions given to Manager. close to 416 highway, endless shopping, restaurants etc

The interrelated network of D.C.-based consulting and management entities I own and manage requires me to travel all over North America, so I am far too familiar with various hotel chain memberships and their points and perks. My wife's profession, however, only occasionally requires her to travel, and she rarely travels outside the United States, so we decided that our trip on family business to Canada this time warranted a change from the usual high-end hotel stay and made the extra effort to find a quiet, well-placed, well-appointed, and safe NON-hotel to spend our short week visiting her family. We could not have been more surprised by or pleased with our stay at Manny's. The accomodations were perfect in every way, and the owner was not only thoughtful in his anticipation of our every reasonable expectation but also immediately responsive to our every communication, and good-humouredly conscientious in addressing and resolving a contretemps of my careless creation while there. I intend and expect to forego booking with Hilton and Hyatt and the rest of the big name hotels to which we have been accustomed on such trips in favor of returning to Manny's Place several times each year for as long as we continue to travel to Canada to visit family there.

We have never done this type of accommodation before. Hotels in the area were fully booked and we were coming up on last minute business. Unit has ample room and was comfortable. Similar things you would find in a hotel. Keurig coffee maker. Small fridge. Owner was quick to respond with information on texts as Expedia site was having some difficulties.
