I love the location of this property. We always park at city hall ( 4-6$) for overnight. We have a suite, so it allowed for extra room with 4 adults.

The suites are lovely, large, and clean and the staff are great. I recommend packing earplugs because the walls and doors are quite thin and sound really travels.

We had 1 bedroom suite and the space is very good. The staff is also very responsive and friedly. There are a few issues with the facility. 1. We were there when outside temperature was 2-5degree C. Inside the room it was like 28 or 30degree C - too hot!!! You can't control the temperature. We stayed 4 nights and got pretty sick with the heat until last night - we figured out how to open the windows (on a 9th floor room).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. A staff member came up to our room and showed us how to use the coffee maker right away. Extra towels were brought to us for the next day.

Staff and location are wonderful, rooms could have had a few more basic amenities (clean cutlery, cup/glass for water/non- coffee beverages). Couldn’t have a the desk light on while making coffee but overall, a comfortable stay.

It was a nice stay. My only complaint would be that if wasn't cleaned very well before our stay. food on the carpet and crumbs on two of the chairs in the sitting room. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly. Staff were very nice
