Very nice and clean rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable. The full kitchen, including a dishwasher!! is a nice touch! Will definitely recommend Sonder and will gladly stay again! 5 stars all the way through!

Great little stay with my family. We liked the easy location to explore Parliament Hill, byward market and the natural history museum. The unit itself was nice; very clean and modern appointments.

Great hotel, rooms are very spacious with an unique touch to interior design. Convenient location in downtown Ottawa with short walks to the Parliament and other attractions. Only downside is that the entrance system is quite inconvenient which requires guest to input a password everytime he/she uses the elevator/enters the hotel.

I liked the secure parking, as my car was just stolen and this secured my rental safely. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I haven't slept though the night in months and woke up 2h later than normal! The kitchenette was perfectly equipped, the bathroom spotless and the laundry helped me get more organized than usual. I liked the front lobby staff being available, and urge Sonder to keep this, as this would be something I'd book again. I don't like staff-free lobby entrance, it makes for a more stressful stay (for me). Excellent experience. Thank you Sonder!!!!

I stayed at the Sonder Rideau on two separate occasions recently. The hotel has a lot going for it. 1/ It was easy to get to from the Ottawa airport. 2/ The room is a fabulous size and more than big enough for two people. 3/ The kitchenette is well-stocked and has almost everything needed to make a simple meal. 4/ The in-suite laundry facilities are very convenient. 5/ The bed is comfortable and there is a white nosie machine in the room. 6/ The hotel is located close to downtown which makes it easy to park the car and just walk. 7/ The staff are friendly and easy to deal with. 8/ The room and building both seem to be very clean and well taken care of. 9/ Checking in and out were both a breeze. 10/ There is a basketball hoop in the gym. Stayed here twice and honestly this will be my go-to hotel for future trips to Ottawa.
