The open-concept kitchen and living area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting space. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals, while the living area features a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings with patio access, offering a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.

The bedroom is a tranquil space, featuring a comfortable queen bed, and the full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area. For added convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is included within the unit.

The Bluebird Balcony is the perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home, including the beauty of nature just outside your door.

There are one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. The Bluebird Balcony has a one pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
