The cabin is spotless with every need thoughtfully covered, and the location is private yet not isolated. We used the cabin as our home base to travel around the Adirondacks to our favorites spots from over the years, while also enjoying local. Quick trip to Old Forge, and Tupper Lake isn't far away either. Lake Placid area is ~2.5 hrs. "

"This was the second time my spouse and I have stayed at this wonderful property! Carol and Dan are the best hosts ever ! Anything we needed was already in the cottage ,even games, puzzles and movies if your not outside enjoying the fire and beautiful pond ! "Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."

"The location is beautiful in the Fall and the house is great. Plenty of room. Our weather was great and despite the lower temperature we were able to take one of the rowboats out for a delightful time. We will stay again."
