Le point fort c'est l'acceuil
Acceuil chaleureux, personnel aimable mais la propreté est limite, des insectes morts dans la salle de bain qui sont rester 2 jours sans nettoyage, manque de serviettes il faut toujours reclamer. La literie aussi reste confortable mais les oreiller non.

Very secure, great location, courteous staff, excellent breakfast buffet included. Although a bit pricey as compared to other hotels in Ouagadougou, it is worth it, in my opinion. It has all the amenities an American or European traveler would expect to find in a good hotel.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est magnifique. La sécurité est primordiale, un bon niveau de sécurité. C’est assez propre la chambre est bien. Le petit déjeuner est varie pas de grande qualité pour un autre étoile ça peut être beaucoup mieux. Mais ça reste correcte. La cuisine est bonne et variée dans le restaurant a la carte. Manque quelques plats orientaux et Français pour que ça soit vraiment cuisine internationale.

Very solid hotel with all I needed in Ouga
This is a very solid hotel with all I needed in Ouagadougou: a comfortable bed, well-working AC, generally reliable internet, and great food! I will certainly return to the Lancaster when back in Ouaga. Merci mille fois !
